Dennis Waterman (born 24 February 1948), was an English actor, singer and voice-over artist, perhaps known for his portrayal of Gerry Standing in the BBC crime drama New Tricks and Terry McCann in Minder. He passed away on 8 May 2022.
Early Life[]
Waterman was born to Harry Frank Waterman and Rose Juliana in Clapham, London and was the youngest of his eight brothers and sisters. His father, Harry Waterman, was a ticket collector for British Railways.

- He sung the main theme song of New Tricks.
